Unfortunately, we are unable to process shipments beyond the borders of Canada.

Orders received along with Interac E-transfer before 11 am EST will be shipped on the same business day. If we receive your order and payment after 11 am EST, it will be shipped on the following business day.

To modify or add items to your order, please place a new order. Your initial order will be automatically cancelled if it remains unpaid for three days.

Your order will be cancelled after 3 days.

We accept payments through Interac E-transfer. Completing a transfer is quick and easy if you’re using online banking with any Canadian bank or credit union, usually taking just a couple of minutes. After you check out, you’ll find detailed instructions for payment on the order confirmation page. Orders paid for before 11 AM EST will be dispatched on the same day, but if the payment comes after 11 AM EST, your order will go out the next business day. Sending an Interac E-transfer through online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union is a quick process, typically taking just a few minutes.

For detailed instructions on how to send an e-transfer with your specific bank, you can use Google as a helpful tool. Simply search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer on Google, and you should easily find the necessary information.

After placing your order, you’ll find the payment details on the order confirmation page. It’s important to keep a copy of this information for your records to ensure you are using the correct e-mail address to send your payment.

Kindly wait for up to 24 hours (not including weekends and holidays) to receive your tracking number via email after getting the payment confirmation email. If you don’t receive the tracking number within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of your payment confirmation email, there might have been an oversight with your order. In such a case, please contact us immediately to make sure your order is processed and sent. Additionally, wait until the end of the day for the tracking number to update correctly. Delivery times are based on estimates from Canada Post, our exclusive delivery provider. The shipping duration varies depending on your location within Canada, as Canada Post often requires additional time for deliveries to smaller towns and rural areas. Delays may also occur due to weather conditions. The actual delivery time will depend on the origin, destination, weather, and other factors. Additional terms and conditions may apply. It’s important to note that deliveries to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Newfoundland are not guaranteed by Canada Post, and consequently, we are also unable to guarantee delivery times to these regions.
